Eligibility Guidelines
Campgrounds are eligible for our custom coverage plan if the following apply:
1. Campgrounds that provide overnight accomodations for recreational vehicles with campsite rentals to tenters, travel trailors or motor-homes.
2. Sanitation facilities must be serviced by a licensed sanitation contractor.
3. Cooking exposures are to be in compliance with local codes.
Included Operations
A campground's premium is rated on annual gross sales.
The basic insurance plans we offer include all of the
following operations:
Site space rental with hook-ups for overnight and seasonal camping
Game and recreation rooms
Snack bars with microwave, domestic stove and hot dog warmer
Laundry rooms, restrooms and shower rooms
Facilities for basketball, volleyball, softball and shuffleboard
Clubhouse and pavilion activates
Sanitation dump facilities serviced by licensed sanitation contractor
Picnic areas and playgrounds
Retail and grocery stores
Cabin rentals and trailer rentals limited to use on the described campground
Propane gas tank refilling (no additional charge)
Bicycle rentals
Grounds maintenance
The following operations are rated separately from campground sales:
