VML Insurance may use or disclose health information related to employees and their dependents who participate (or may become eligible to participate) in a group health plan sponsored by their employer. VML Insurance shall disclose personal history information only to those individual(s) designated by the employer as responsible for the health plan's administrative functions. This level of privacy protection applies to prospective, current and former plan participants.
Our standards for disclosure apply to all of our prospective, current and former customers.
