Winter Tips
- Change the filter in your furnace monthly to keep your furnace running efficiently.
- Check the batteries in your carbon monoxide detectors - closed windows & doors prohibit ventilation during the winter months.
- Keep chimneys clear of debris and buildup and get them inspected annually.
- SLOW DOWN! Drive slower on snowy & icy roads. Also, give yourself some extra stopping distance.
- Watch for ice build-up on your roof. Heavy snow & ice on your roof could cause it to collapse.
